The Scene Browser tab is for accessing and opening scene files within there respective application. It is comprised of 6 sections:

Task - The main task for the level selected.
Sub Task - A sub task of the main task.
Software - The application you want to launch the scene file in.

Show As - Select whether you want to see the versions that are published, user specific or your wips (work in progress)
User - Select a user to view there available versions.

Launch your scene file using the "Open Scene" button in this section.

Copy Scene - This button will copy the selected scene file version to your work area. It can also copy other user scene file versions to your work area.
Set Environment - Depreciated
Safe Save - Depreciated

This area provides you with the list of versions.

This area will show the notes and basic metadata for the version you select.

A list of all the modifiers that are setup for the selected scene level.
